The High-Speed Balanced Photodetector (HPPD-Ku) is a precision optoelectronic device tailored for digital and analog applications. This module integrates an InGaAs PIN photodiode with a spectral response range from 1250 to 1650 nanometers, inclusive of the necessary matching electronics to ensure signal integrity and performance.

LK-HPPD-Ku is capable of delivering a bandwidth of 18 gigahertz, making it suitable for high-speed data transmission applications. It operates on a +5-volt power supply, aligning with standard power requirements for stability and efficiency。 The module is compatible with standard single-mode 9/125-micrometer optical fibers, ensuring seamless integration with existing fiber infrastructure. The Radio Frequency (RF) output port is equipped with an SMA-compatible connector, which is impedance-matched to 50 ohms, facilitating optimal signal transfer and minimizing signal loss.
