LK-HSPD-Ku-CM high-speed detector module is a sophisticated optoelectronic transceiver, meticulously engineered to cater to both digital and analog signal processing applications. This module is equipped with an InGaAs PIN photodiode, which boasts a spectral response range from 1250 to 1650 nanometers, inclusive of the essential matching electronics required for optimal signal alignment and conditioning.
LK-HSPD-Ku-CM is capable of delivering a bandwidth of 18 gigahertz, making it well-suited for high-speed data communications. The module is powered by a +5-volt supply, ensuring reliable operation and ease of integration with existing power systems. It adheres to the standards for single-mode 9/125-micrometer fiber inputs, facilitating compatibility with established fiber optic infrastructure. The Radio Frequency (RF) output is equipped with an SMA-compatible connector, which is meticulously impedance-matched to 50 ohms to ensure efficient signal propagation and minimal reflection.
LK-HSPD-Ku-CM is constructed with a hermetic sealing process, which provides robust environmental protection and enhances the module's resilience against moisture, dust, and other potential contaminants, thereby ensuring long-term stability and performance.
